Set your goal

Commit to cycling to work every morning or walking the dog a few extra miles. Set a target you’d like to achieve during Doddie Aid and ask your family and friends to support you.

Visualise your target

You could cycle the equivalent distance from Land’s End to John O’Groats, or walk the 833 miles of Munros.

Create a team challenge

Host a fundraising cyclethon, dance-a-thon, or 24-hour bootcamp.
